Brandye Miller
Asset Manager
Brandye brings 20 years of multifamily experience to CAF Capital, including knowledge of pre-development, new construction, lease up and stabilized assets. She is a results-oriented leader with proven ability to increase revenue while effectively leading her teams to success. She has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Before joining our team, Brandye held the following positions:
CAF Management
- Regional Manager (2019 - 2021): Oversaw several assets and reported to ownership groups and investors.
Westwood Residential
- Regional Manager (2014 – 2019): Responsible for directing overall office and maintenance operations including leasing, motivating, training, and achieving the highest possible Net Operating Income. Worked closely with owner to meet goals and objectives. Oversaw predevelopment activities for new construction assets.
- Property Manager (2010 – 2014): Responsible for the overall performance – financially, aesthetically and in resident and employee relations. Created continuous team motivation to increase leasing velocity and outstanding customer service. Prepared all weekly and monthly reports.
