Stephen Quesinberry

Stephen joins CAF with a diverse background in real estate, sales, and operational leadership. As Director of Acquisitions, Stephen will lead CAF’s expansion efforts into new southeastern markets.   

Stephen is an accomplished real estate professional with many years of experience across SFRs, Small Multi-Family, Multi-Family, and NNN investments. Stephen has actively acquired, managed, and sold residential properties and is an active/limited partner in many multi-family projects across the sunbelt.   

Before joining our team, Stephen worked in business development with CoreLogic, a leading property data and analytics company. In this role, he built client relationships and was responsible for accounts over $20M.   

Before CoreLogic, Stephen was an U.S Army Field Artillery Officer serving from 2012-2015 in various leadership capacities both stateside and abroad.    

Stephen earned an MBA from Mississippi State University and a BBA in Finance through Georgia Southern University.
