Austin is involved with the full life cycle of a deal, beginning with the underwriting and financial feasibility analysis process, sourcing debt and equity financing, and eventually through the closing and ultimate disposition of a deal. He started with our company in 2018, after graduating from TCU with dual degrees in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship. His time at CAF began as an analyst, with Austin working his way up to Senior Analyst, under the direction of Jack Alexander. Since Austin joined CAF, he has been involved with the acquisition 25 assets totaling over $1.6 Billion in transaction volume. 

Prior to joining the team, Austin gained valuable real estate experience through internships at Marcus and Millichap’s West Los Angeles office as well as at Tarzana, CA based private equity firm Gelt Inc.
