As Vice President at CAF Companies, Austin Wallis is involved in all aspects of the firm’s acquisitions strategy—from underwriting and financial modeling to sourcing capital, managing transactions, and overseeing asset dispositions. With deep expertise in investment analysis and a talent for strategic execution, he plays a central role in scaling CAF’s acquisitions platform while partnering across teams to advance broader company initiatives.

Since joining CAF in 2018, Austin has been a driving force behind the acquisition of more than 40 multifamily assets totaling over $2.4 billion in transaction volume. He began his career at CAF as an analyst and has steadily earned his way into senior leadership, known for his sharp financial insight, operational discipline, long-term vision, and team-oriented attitude. 

Austin holds dual degrees in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!), blending analytical rigor with entrepreneurial agility. He lives in Frisco with his wife, Monica, and their dog, Mookie. In his downtime, he enjoys golfing and spending time with friends.
