CAF Companies has made social impact and community building a key focus of its mission. 

CAF has been nationally recognized by Freddie Mac with an Impact Sponsor designation and award for its commitment to social and environmental impact.

CAF Companies is dedicated to environmental sustainability and has taken significant initiatives to reduce its environmental footprint. CAF engages Echelon Energy for sustainability audits to evaluate the energy efficiency of the properties we acquire and subsequently implement improvements. CAF has saved an estimated +79M gallons of water from these improvements. Furthermore, CAF has implemented green loans that have saved a total of 517 million gallons of water to date, with properties like La Mirada saving 5.6 million gallons of water annually, GH saving 15.8 million gallons of water annually, and Huxley saving 3.4 million gallons of water annually. Overall, CAF's initiatives save over 83 million gallons of water annually, contributing to the company's mission of promoting environmental sustainability.
