Banks Woodward is a certified public accountant with 14 years of experience in financial reporting, taxation, and business advisory services. During that time, Banks specialized primarily in the Real Estate, Dealership, and Healthcare industries. By combining his accounting and taxation expertise, he was able to assist clients in developing comprehensive plans through mergers and acquisitions, entity restructuring, and ongoing operations.

Before joining CAF Management and CAF Capital Partners, Banks worked as a manager in the tax and business services department of the public accounting firm Cornwell Jackson. Prior to that, he served as a manager in the Dallas office of CliftonLarsonAllen. His public accounting career began in Utah with Hawkins (previously Hawkins, Cloward & Simister).

Banks earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.

Banks lives in Plano, TX, with his wife, Brianna, and their three children.
