Banks Woodward is the Chief Financial Officer of CAF Companies, where he oversees financial strategy, planning, and risk management in support of the company’s continued growth. Since joining CAF, Banks has played an important role in strengthening financial performance, improving processes, and supporting key initiatives across the organization.

Banks is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience in financial reporting, taxation, and advisory services, primarily within real estate and other operating businesses. He has worked closely with clients on mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, and long-term planning, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex financial matters.

Before joining CAF, Banks was a manager in the tax and business services group at Cornwell Jackson and previously served as a manager in the Dallas office of CliftonLarsonAllen. He began his career in public accounting in Utah with Hawkins (formerly Hawkins, Cloward & Simister).

Banks earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.

He lives in Plano with his wife, Brianna, and their three children.
