Asset Manager

Before coming on as an Asset Manager with CAF Capital Partners, Ben worked for CTB Multifamily as Business Development and Marketing Coordinator. Ben has worked on a wide range of projects helping make business operations more efficient and repeatable. In working with CTB’s valet trash service, Trash Sergeant, Ben spearheaded the development of a proprietary and automated tracking system to notify property managers of the path the valet took while on the job.

Prior to CTB, Ben worked as a student technician at Texas A&M, where he also attained his B.S. in Finance at Mays Business School graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Ben recently got married to his high school sweetheart, Katelyn, and the two currently live in Plano, Texas.
