Brian Mullen leads strategic ventures for CAF, with a focus on growing the company's third-party property management platform.

Brian brings more than a decade of multifamily experience across the DFW and Sun Belt markets, spanning asset management, site selection, entitlements, design management, construction contracting, and capital stack structuring. He began his career in public accounting before joining StreetLights Residential, where he led the finance and asset management team overseeing $1.25 billion in total capitalized value. Most recently, he served as principal of Tyto Real Estate, a fractional VP of Development and CFO advisory practice serving private developers and family offices. He has also held VP-level positions at Four Rivers Capital and Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments.

Brian is a CPA and earned his BBA and Master of Accounting from Texas Christian University. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
