Chris Faulkner is a seasoned real estate executive with deep domain expertise across the life cycle of institutional real estate investing. His experience includes loan securitization, portfolio management, underwriting, originations, workouts/restructuring, and asset management.

He founded CAF Capital Partners in 2010, after a successful 15 year career at GE Capital, Real Estate:

• As a Director of Equity Investments, he originated over 3 billion in real estate transactions, across all property types with several joint venture partners in the United States
• As a Senior Asset Manager he developed and executed strategy for a 17 asset, 5,400 unit multifamily portfolio with a total capitalization of over $400 million in Texas.

Chris received a BS from Texas A&M University and lives in Frisco, TX with his wife Carrie, and their four children.
