Fynn Haldeman

Fynn Haldeman is an Asset Management Analyst at CAF, where he supports the financial and operational performance of the company’s multifamily portfolio. He is detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on finding practical solutions to complex problems.

Fynn joined CAF as an Asset Management Intern and later worked as a Part-Time Financial Analyst before stepping into his current role. Before that, he was an Investment Analyst and Student Manager for the University of Utah’s Masters’ Student Investment Fund, where he also helped lead the website team.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State and earned two graduate degrees from the University of Utah: a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Real Estate Development. He completed both programs while working part-time and graduated with a 4.0 GPA, which he considers one of his most meaningful accomplishments.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Fynn enjoys reading, soccer, mountain biking, and college football.
