Jason Geer

Jason has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience including debt and equity transactions for all asset classes across the United States. He spent the past 25 years at Invesco Real Estate, a global investment manager with over $90B in assets. As a Managing Director at Invesco, he held various leadership roles including Head of Underwriting, Head of Transaction Services, and spent 15 years spearheading the Disposition and Financing efforts for the firm. Jason was a member of all of the IRE’s investment committees – Equity, Structured Credit and Financing – having chaired both Structured Credit and Financing. He also served on the North American Executive Committee and as an officer of Invesco’s retail investment trust (INREIT).

Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate in 1998, Jason served as a financial analyst for KeyBank and Jacobson-Berger Capital Group (Prudential).

Jason earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University. Jason lives in Frisco, TX with his wife and two daughters.
