Jeremy Thomason appointed to Executive Vice President, Asset Management & Investor Relations

Jeremy joined CAF in early 2021 and has quickly demonstrated his ability to improve our overall organization. Jeremy’s resume includes extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, development, and investor relations. With his additional responsibilities at CAF we look forward to Jeremy enhancing our investors’ results and overall experience.

Prior to joining CAF, Jeremy was with CoreLogic as an Executive Sales Leader for their Rental Property Solutions business unit. Prior to CoreLogic, he led national sales teams as Managing Director at GE Capital, Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, and Senior Vice President at Citibank. Additionally, Jeremy has personally invested in over 40 different multifamily communities (over 15,000 units) as a limited partner as well as participated as the lead sponsor on several multifamily properties in Texas and Georgia. His experience as a sponsor, investor, asset manager, property manager, and real estate executive makes him a perfect match for this position, and we are thrilled he has agreed to take on these additional duties within CAF.

Jeremy graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance and received his MBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida. He is an appointed commissioner on the Tax Incremental Finance Board in Richardson, Board member of the YMCA and Canyon Creek HOA. He is also a board member with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas where he serves on the legislative committee. Jeremy lives in Richardson, TX with his wife and three children.
