Kyle Hollister

Kyle Hollister is a real estate industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in asset management, loan surveillance, and underwriting. Kyle's experience includes all core commercial property types with significant multifamily exposure.

Before joining CAF Capital Partners, Kyle was with ORIX/Red Capital Group for five years as a portfolio manager and Director of Balance Sheet Lending.  He provided asset management and underwriting expertise for multifamily construction and bridge-to-permanent real estate transactions.  Prior to ORIX/Red Capital, Kyle spent 16 years at GE Capital Real Estate where he had multiple roles in GE's Global Commercial Real Estate Group. 

Kyle earned a BBA degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Kyle resides in McKinney with his wife Janice, has a daughter, a son, and five grandchildren.
