Maelle Anne Le Neel brings more than a decade of experience in business operations, finance, and multifamily leadership to her role as Director of Business Operations & Finance at CAF Companies. As one of CAF’s founding team members, Maelle Anne has contributed to the company’s growth from its earliest days and continues to play a key role in driving operational strategy and innovation.

Over the years, Maelle Anne has gained experience across nearly every part of the business. She began her career in on-site management before moving into asset management and financial operations. Most recently, she led the creation and development of CAF’s Financial Reporting team, helping to establish new processes and tools to support both internal operations and investor reporting.

In addition to her financial reporting leadership, Maelle Anne now leads the Central Operations and Technology division, helping guide one of the most significant transformation initiatives in the company’s history. She is known for her deep institutional knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and ability to connect operational strategy with real-time execution.

Maelle Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is valued for her consistency, attention to detail, and her commitment to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Her work continues to help shape how CAF operates and supports its long-term growth.
