Since joining CAF, he has been instrumental in building and scaling the company’s investment capabilities, helping raise approximately $1.3 billion in equity alongside leading institutional partners. Matt also played a key role in developing CAF’s impact investing approach, structuring transactions that align strong performance with meaningful community outcomes.

Matt brings a deep background in capital markets, institutional relationships, and strategic execution, with a focus on identifying opportunities that drive long-term value. He works closely with acquisitions, asset management, and leadership teams to guide investment decisions and support continued growth across markets. Matt holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is actively involved with The Real Estate Council and community initiatives across the Dallas area.
