Shawn Woodard joined CAF Management in 2022 as a Staff Accountant and quickly stood out for his strong organizational skills and attention to detail. His hard work earned him a promotion to Senior Accountant, where he was named Accountant of the Year in 2023. Shawn was later promoted to Accounting Manager in 2024 before transitioning into his current role.

Now an Asset Manager, Shawn focuses on maximizing property performance and ensuring financial success across CAF’s portfolio. He’s also working toward his CPA license to further expand his expertise.

Originally from Frisco, Texas, Shawn holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Arkansas. He enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with his team to keep things running smoothly at CAF.
